Important conditions for the S2S vouchers

- Each voucher can only be used once.
- Only one voucher can be used per order.
- Cash payment of vouchers is not possible.
- The resale of vouchers is not permitted.
- The gift vouchers can only be redeemed in our webshop (silver2silver.com) or at one of our events.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed for a limited time and expire on the date stated on the voucher. An extension is not possible.
- If you make use of your right of return, the reduced purchase price will be refunded. There is no entitlement to a refund or replacement of the voucher.

Conditions of participation in the S2S competitions

§ 1 Preamble

S2S ("Silver2Silver") offers competitions on the Internet. Participation in these competitions and their implementation are governed by the following provisions.

§ 2 Competition

1 Silver2Silver is organizing a competition on the Internet. Participation is subject to the following conditions.
2. to participate, the user must either "like" a post on Facebook or Silver2Silver's Like page or subscribe to Silver2Silver's mailing list
3. the winner(s) will generally be selected at random from all entries received during the competition period defined in the competition description. The closing date for entries is usually the last day of the competition period at 11:59 pm (unless otherwise defined in the competition description). The decisive factor is the logged receipt of the database entry via the online form at Silver2Silver.

§ 3 Participants

1. persons under the age of 18 and other persons with limited legal capacity require the consent of their legal representative(s) to participate in the competition. In some competitions, persons under the age of 18 are excluded from participation. In these cases, this is noted in the competition description. Persons under the age of 14 are excluded from participating in competitions.
2. employees of Silver2Silver, affiliated companies, any partner for the specific competition or their spouses or partners and their family members are excluded from participating in competitions.

§ 4 Exclusion, non-consideration

1 Silver2Silver is entitled to exclude entries that are of a pornographic, sexist, racist, Nazi, violence-glorifying or commercial nature from participation in the competition.
2 Silver2Silver is entitled to exclude participants from the competition if it suspects that they are in breach of these conditions of participation or the rules of the competition.
3 Silver2Silver is entitled to exclude participants from participation in competitions in the event of manipulation of any kind and to any extent without giving reasons and, if necessary, to subsequently disallow and reclaim prizes. In particular, the use of technical aids, such as scripts for automated registration and participation, is not permitted and will lead to exclusion from the competition and, if applicable, to the disallowance and reclaiming of prizes.

§ 5 Profit procedure

1. the execution of the competitions and the choice of prizes is the sole responsibility of Silver2Silver. The prizes and winnings will be determined among all participants. Silver2Silver and its suppliers shall determine the delivery conditions for the delivery of the prizes. In the event that delivery or execution of the prizes offered is not possible or only possible at unforeseen expense, the winners will receive a substitute prize of equal value.
2. only one prize can be won per participant and per household in a competition.
3. the winners will be notified by Silver2Silver and published on the Silver2Silver website and on the Silver2Silver Facebook page.
4. if the prize is a non-cash prize, it will be processed by Silver2Silver. The prize will be sent to the address provided by the winner. In the event that the address provided by the winner is incorrect and/or the prize cannot be handed over for other reasons for which the winner is responsible, the claim to the prize shall lapse.
5. the winners have no right to change or amend the respective prize.
6. there are no claims to substitute cash payment of the winnings.
7 In the event that the winner provides an incorrect or incomplete email address, the claim to the prize shall lapse. The same applies if the winner does not respond and declare acceptance of the prize within a period set by Silver2Silver. In such cases, Silver2Silver will draw a replacement winner.
8. prize claims are not transferable.

§ 6 Complaints

Complaints from participants will only be processed if they are made in writing, stating the competition. These can be sent to the following address: Silver2Silver, Breslauer Straße 54, 71034 Böblingen or sent directly to the user service by e-mail info@silver2silver.com.

§ 7 Data protection/information/reference to privacy policy

1 Silver2Silver observes the provisions of data protection law when storing and using participant data.
2. data collected beyond this will only be passed on to third parties with the prior express consent of the participants and otherwise deleted after the end of the competition.
3 Silver2Silver is entitled to publish the names of the winners on the Internet as part of the competition.
4 In all other respects, the privacy policy of the Silver2Silver website applies.

§ 8 Liability

1. upon handing over the prizes to the respective winners, Silver2Silver is released from any obligation. Silver2Silver is not liable for legal and/or material defects of the respective prizes.
2 All information provided by Silver2Silver, in particular in connection with the publication of winners' names, etc., is provided without guarantee.
3 Silver2Silver is generally not liable for technical failures or the availability of the offer, unless it is guilty of intent or gross negligence. This applies in particular to technical failures in connection with the transmission of participant data or entries. Any claim for damages is limited to the amount of the main prize offered in the relevant competition.
4 Silver2Silver shall not be liable for participants excluded or not considered in accordance with § 4 of these Terms of Use.

§ 9 Miscellaneous

1. legal recourse with regard to the competitions is excluded.
2. the possible invalidity of individual provisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
3 Silver2Silver reserves the right to change or correct the conditions of participation and the rules of the game at any time - within the scope of what is legally permissible.
