Orders

To place an order, select the items you want and put them in your shopping cart. Once you have finished selecting your items, follow the instructions on the "Checkout" page to complete the order. To do this, you must create a customer account or log in to an existing account. As soon as you confirm the order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.

Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel your order once it has been completed. However, you have the option of returning your order to us within 14 days of receipt. This does not apply to custom orders and personalized jewelry. Personalized jewelry is made exclusively for you. For this reason, custom orders cannot be canceled/returned/exchanged/refunded.

With us you can pay conveniently, easily and securely. That's why we offer you various payment methods (Paypal, credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sofortüberweisung and many more) that give you a perfect shopping experience.

Our packaging and jewelry cases are environmentally friendly and FSC certified.

Immediately after your order you will receive a confirmation by email.

If you have received a voucher code, you can redeem it at the end of your order under "Shopping Cart" by entering the code in the "Voucher" or "Discount Code" field.
Please note: Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order.

To change your customer data, please click on "My Account". Here you can change your personal data and address details and view all your orders.

Delivery & Shipping

All available items are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours and will be with you within 3-4 working days. Only custom-made items have a longer shipping time. You will receive more information directly during the ordering process. Please note that we rely on our shipping partners for the communicated delivery times. In phases with high shipment volumes, deviations and delays may occur.

At S2S we are committed to minimising our environmental impact. Our packaging is environmentally friendly and FSC certified.

We believe that a stylish product deserves equally stylish packaging. That's why you will receive your product in a high-quality jewelry case and a polishing cloth for silver jewelry.

Shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of 6.99 EURO . For orders over 100.00 EURO, shipping within Germany is free!

Europe (EU countries) The shipping costs are a flat rate of 15,99 EURO .

Europe (non-EU countries): The shipping costs are a flat rate of 26.99 EURO .

The delivery address may be different from the billing address.

Sure! We send every order with tracking (please also check your spam folder). You will receive this information in an email as soon as the goods are dispatched. If the automatic delivery of the tracking number to you did not work, please ask our support and we will share the tracking information with you again!

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are satisfied with your order.
However, if you would like to return the purchased item, you can send it back to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
The date of receipt is the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
You can return your orders within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that custom-made/personalized products cannot be returned (exceptions apply for damaged goods, for example).

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot issue a refund until we have received the item, so we recommend you use a trackable delivery option that you can track (proof of postage).

Of course you can try on your product. Please make sure that the goods are not damaged. Worn and used goods (scratches and other signs of wear) cannot be returned or exchanged. The right of return only applies to new, unworn goods.

S2S does not currently offer free returns. However, due to the small size of the products and the packaging, you can return your order to us as a package at low cost. For your own safety, please ensure that the shipment is tracked. Please do not send the goods as a letter! We recommend shipping with our partner DHL.

You are welcome to exchange an item you purchased online for a different size. Please contact our customer service team to do so. If you do not want to exchange an item you purchased online for a different size but for a different item, we would ask you to return the unwanted items for a refund and re-order the correct items.

If you do not wish to exchange the goods and do not want to keep the products, please return the goods within 14 days of receipt by following these steps:

1. Pack the goods in a parcel with the original packaging.
2. Take the package to the nearest DHL collection point or to a shipping service provider of your choice. Keep the delivery confirmation for safety reasons.
3. As soon as we have received the returned goods, we will initiate the transfer of the money. A confirmation will be sent to you by email. Depending on the bank, transfers can take up to 14 days. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

Once we have received your return, we will refund the costs and you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Your return will usually be processed within 3-7 business days of receipt. A credit for the value of the goods minus postage costs will be issued to the payment method originally used for the purchase after receipt of the goods.

Our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver. Sterling silver is an alloy of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper, but does not contain nickel.
Our collections also include rose gold plating. This is not real gold. The sterling silver jewelry is plated with 18 carat rose gold.
We also combine our jewelry with other materials such as copper, brass, onyx, tiger eye, labradorite and many other gemstones.
Many of our pieces of jewelry are not silver polished to a high gloss, but are partially blackened to give the jewelry more character and depth. We work on the surface and thereby achieve a vintage look. Basically, silver forms silver sulfide when combined with sulfur. Silver sulfide is black and therefore forms a clearly visible patina on the bright silver surface. This is not an indication of lower quality, but rather a normal chemical reaction of this precious metal.
In the long term, silver has the property of tarnishing and turning black because it oxidizes with the oxygen in our air or other oxidizing agents in combination with hydrogen sulphide. In addition to this unsuspected influence on the material, other factors from everyday life, such as taking medication, can also lead to a change in the piece of jewellery.
Proper and regular care can extend the life of the jewelry.

To enjoy your valuable and beautiful jewelry for as long as possible, you should follow a few basic rules:

* Do not wear silver jewellery when doing housework or gardening - contact with cleaning products can damage the material.
* Remove silver jewelry when swimming (whether in a pool or the sea) - chlorinated water or salt water can attack the material.
* Do not wear silver jewelry when exercising - the sulfur contained in sweat can react with the silver.
* Remove silver jewelry when showering - personal care products may contain substances that attack the material.
* Only put on the jewelry after applying cosmetics – hairspray, perfumes, sunscreens, and any cosmetics can attack the surface.

To remove slight discoloration on the surface, we recommend using a silver cleaning cloth. This will restore the original shine of the silver. For stubborn discoloration, you should use a silver cleaning bath or an ultrasonic device. Please follow the instructions for use!

Blackened/oxidized jewelry , on the other hand, should not be treated with silver cleaning baths, as this can cause the blackening to be lost. However, the surface can easily be polished with a jewelry cleaning cloth.

If the zirconia stones lose their shine, they can be polished again with a soft cloth or silver cleaning cloth .

We often use gemstones in our jewelry.

Some stones are soft natural stones, external influences such as scratches are normal signs of wear and tear. They do not represent material defects.
Natural stones are NOT suitable for cleaning in the silver cleaning bath.

If silver jewelry is not worn for a long time, it should be stored in an airtight container to avoid tarnishing too quickly.
Do not store jewellery in damp rooms – moisture causes silver in particular to oxidise and tarnish over time.

It is best to store jewellery in a jewellery box, in individual fabric bags or wrapped in a soft cloth. However, we ask for your understanding that we cannot accept complaints about discolouration of the silver or changes in the material for the reasons stated above, as this is not a defect but a completely normal, material-typical process that can be virtually avoided by handling the material carefully.
